The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the airport. my room included a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables. i also appreciated the on-site restaurant. It offered a variety of local dishes.
The elevator was a bit slow. I often took the stairs.

The hotel features a sizable outdoor pool area with about fifteen sun loungers. i saw the gym that includes two treadmills and several weight machines. The hotel also has a spa. guests can enjoy a rooftop terrace.

The hotel is situated near the train station. This allows easy access to transport. there are several restaurants and cafes within a ten-minute walk. I found local shops very convenient. taxis are readily available just outside the hotel.

They were helpful. the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries, fruit, and eggs. The dining area was kept clean. room service was available throughout the day and night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty and fresh! the wifi worked well. the area surrounding the hotel was quite safe. the location is good. It is easy to reach the center on foot. there are good on-site restaurants. They are really convenient.
i booked a room for two people with two separate single beds, but when i arrived, they told me i could not have the room because it was already taken. so, they gave me a room with only one bed. they did not want to refund any money! i asked if i could have a free dinner since they messed up, but they said no.

The breakfast was good! we found two rooms. One was nicer and updated. location was good, as cab rides to the square and airport were less than ten minutes. onsite restaurants are available to visitors, and they are really convenient.

varied breakfast friendly staff central location inconvenient elevator tired decor missing compensation
the breakfast dishes included a good variety and were tasty. the staff was very friendly and helpful, a feature i appreciated. the location seemed centered, with access to the train station, airport and jamaa lefna.
The elevator was out of service . This was inconvenient as my room was on a high floor. i was not offered compensation or a sincere apology for this. the hotel decor seemed tired and could use updates.

i really appreciated the friendly staff! they were very helpful and always smiling. the breakfast had a great selection of moroccan foods, everything was so fresh. the hotel also arranged a day trip to the atlas mountains with a guide, jemel, it was really nice.
The noise was a real problem. The windows didn't block out the street noise at all! we heard motorcycles and cars all night. it was also noisy with doors slamming and keys turning. i like the rooms, but without proper sleep, it's hard to enjoy anything.
